    Simply no complaints, really unforgettable stay. A safe box, a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment available in the private home. Had gates. Great food plus extremely friendly staff. Amazing and beautiful location 5 mins walk from the center. Generally very efficient service with parking on site. Lovely pool to relax in too.

    The location of this incredible hotel was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of the city center. All the staff were extremely friendly, excellent. Loved a safe box, a sofa bed, and an iron in the room👍👍

    This family-friendly resort really delivered when it came to culinary delights! The breakfast spread was excellent, particularly those vegetable noodles paired with ginger tea- divine! Add in the gorgeous, lush surroundings that felt mad really like a natural retreat, and our stay couldn't have been more relaxing.

    There were some hiccups. The service was a bit slow, especially during busy hours when the staff seemed stretched thin. Plus, housekeeping could use a boost. We found some towels left by the pool unattended and had issues with the water smelling rusty .

    the staircase in the villa was slippery (we slipped a bit). the service was just exceptional (they even made a whatsapp group for easy communication! ), and the private pool was so lovely to relax in. absolutely stunning surrounding nature made it memorable.

    Very nice villa, very nice staff, the Lakeside villa we stayed in was a perfect retreat with amazing views of the private pool, and the attentive service provided by the friendly staff made us feel at home.
